HER Conversations with Beth Jones
I loved being a guest on the HER Conversations podcast. HER is an acronym for higher energetic resonance and host Carol Mae Whittick opens our conversation with the question, “When do you feel that higher energetic resonance?”
I feel higher energetic resonance (HER) when I am aligned with my life’s purpose and doing what the Universe wants me to do: inspiring other survivors of trauma and abuse to HEAL. This goes hand-in-hand with raising my vibrational frequency through healing from low-level to higher-level emotions and becoming a light to the darkness in this world.
I also shared how I stepped away from my corporate career that was no longer congruent with my soul, which is a trend for many people these days, and moved past my ego within ten minutes after my employer separated me. I felt freedom!
We spoke about acquiring knowledge about survivorship and my epiphany—one of my many Universe touches—about why I had been living my life as I had for years before I embarked on my HEALing journey. I found terminology for certain aspects of my life that I could only describe previously. E.g., no memories = “dissociation,” and exiling my parents = “parentectomy”.
The concept of survivors is wide and also encompasses the people who have hurt me. They are survivors, just like me. Mirroring helped me to find grace for and acceptance of those people, which allowed me to let go of my heart's constraining emotions that prevented me from knowing love.
