The Hero’s Journey – Grit, Grace and Gratitude
In this conversation, I talked with Aneesa Theron & Jamila Cassin about my hero's journey from Grudge (holding on to the emotions associated with unhealthy survivorship) to Grit (doing the hard work), to Grace (for myself and those who have hurt me) & Gratitude (for everything about my life).
We also talked about my experience with therapy, including somatic movement therapy and hypnotherapy as significant steps on my healing journey and the parallels in my former work as a forensic accountant to my self-discovery work.
It all leads back to HEAL – A Journey of Hope, Evolution, & Love!
How hope sparks change, evolution pushes us forward & love heals us within.
